How to celebrate Independence Day?
This post will be dedicated to ways that you can celebrate the birth of our great nation. I will link to posts at other blogs, websites, and write about different ideas as I find/come up with them. Of course, you are encouraged to add your ideas in the comments or by email.
Let's start with a trip to Arlington National Cemetary by American Soldier.
Become a citizen?
Thank the troops. [h/t Matt at Blackfive]
Visit a memorial:
Civil War: Gettysburg, Antietam, Atlanta, Shiloh, Vicksburg, to name a few.
World War I
World War II
Korea
Vietnam
Read a book and recite a prayer.
Meet the President!
Thank your Soldier son at the local rodeo.
See the Declaration of Independence, the Contstitution and other important American documents.

Camping. (duh, how could I miss this one?)
